You'll find a lot of fraudsters on-line now a days who create fake university websites and misguiding innocent students. Always demand documents proving the authenticity of a University or a registered and licensed Company.

You can demand scan copy of University's License . If a company claiming to be registered and licensed from Ministry of Education, do ask them to forward you the scan of those documents. One important evidence of fake University websites is that ...a fake website domains always end on .com, .net, .org, .com.ua, or .info etc. while genuine Ukrainian University websites' domains end on .edu or .edu.ua
